Technopark opening ceremony

On 5th October, 2006 an Open Technopark at the support of several partners was established outside the fence of the closed city Sarov.

Federal and regional agencies authorities’ representatives took an active part in the opening ceremony of Technopark: RF State Duma, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, RF Ministry of Industry, Atomic Energy Federal Agency, Nizhny Novgorod region government, regional legislative assembly. The list of Russian and foreign companies representatives is as follows: LLC «Systema-Sarov», Nizhny Novgorod association of industrialists and businessmen, LLC «GazProm», LLC «AvtoVAZ», LLC «Hyprogascenter», LLC «Invensis – ystems», LLC «MPKS», LLC «Spetsavtomatika», NTI (USA), ISTC, US Department of Energy, INTEL (USA), LNCV (Italy).

CSC Sarov Laboratories substantially support the development of Technopark: new company was created out of SarovLabs; it was named “Sarov Engineering Center”. This company will work in direct cooperation with CD-adapco Company and will be testing STAR-CD software.
